Membership tiers (also called levels) refer to the different levels of offers and rewards you can access depending on your membership status and how long you’ve been with Bupa health insurance. Your membership tier can be found at the top of your Life Rewards account.
The tiers are:
Lite Member Tier: These offers and rewards can be accessed by Blua Members as part of the Lite Member Tier. Blua Members are customers who are 15 years and over, have downloaded the Blua app and successfully created an account - but are not Bupa Health Insurance Members.
As part of the Lite Member Tier, Blua Members only have limited access to Life Rewards. They can:

- Access discounts on selected cinema eVouchers
- Get Cashback* through Life Rewards
- Challenge rewards
- Competition access
*By shopping eligible Cashback offers in Life Rewards, members earn a percentage back in Cashback to their Life Rewards account. Cashback stored in your Life Rewards member account can only be used on the Life Rewards platform (excluding retailers listed under the 'Offers', 'Cashback' and 'Travel' section). Cashback cannot be transferred between members, exchanged for physical cash or transferred to your bank account. +Current Bupa Health members with an active membership get a 10% premium discount that applies to their Bupa Home, Contents, Landlords, Car, and Pet Insurance policies and Bupa Ultimate Health members get a 15% premium discount that applies to their Bupa Home, Contents and Landlords and Car Insurance. These member discounts apply to each policy term providing a Bupa Health membership continues to be held. A further 10% discount to premium applies where a combined Home & Contents policy is purchased and for each policy term thereafter providing the combined policy continues to be held. When more than one discount applies, we’ll apply them in a set order to the already discounted premium. Discount(s) does not apply to taxes, government charges, fees or optional non-insurance services (e.g. roadside assistance). Minimum premiums may reduce the full advertised discount. We reserve the right to withdraw or extend this discount at any time.
~Current Bupa Health members with an active membership are able to obtain a 15% discount on Bupa Travel Insurance. This discount applies to new policy purchases and is based on standard premium rates (including optional extras). Discounts only apply to the insurance portion of the premium and are applied before government charges, taxes, levies and fees. The full extent of discounts may, therefore, be impacted. It applies automatically upon successful input of the membership number and applies to any changes, upgrades or amendments made to the policy prior to commencement of the journey.
