The decision to no longer accept American Express as a payment method for Life Rewards from 1 May 2024 was not made by Bupa.
American Express has made a decision regarding their acceptance of payment for gift cards and vouchers which has resulted in the American Express payment option being removed from the program. However, we will continue to accept Mastercard and Visa as payment methods in Life Rewards.
