Who is eligible for Life Rewards?

For the Lite member tier, you must:

• be 15 years and over
• have downloaded the Blua app and successfully created an account
• not hold a Bupa health insurance policy.

For Levels 1-4 and Life Member tiers, you must:

• be 15 years and over
• have a current Australia residential address
• have an active, eligible Bupa health insurance policy.
