A Bupa Health Insurance Member’s tenure is calculated as the continuous number of uninterrupted years that have passed since the primary Bupa Health Insurance member’s enrolment date for the purposes of participating in Tiered Rewards. Interruptions that impact a Bupa Health Insurance Member’s tenure calculation include:
- If their Bupa policy is cancelled for more than 12 consecutive months; or
- If their Bupa policy is suspended for more than 24 consecutive months.
If members are listed on multiple eligible policies, their tenure will be calculated as the continuous number of years that have passed on the longest standing policy, since the primary member’s enrolment date. You can find your ‘member since’ year on your membership card.
Please refer to our terms and conditions for additional information regarding continuous membership.
