What do I do if I can’t access the Life Rewards program?

Ensure that your eligible Bupa Health Insurance policy is not in arrears (your payments are up to date) and that it is current / active (not suspended or ceased).  

If the above is satisfied, please contact the Life Rewards support team via email at contact@liferewards.bupa.com.au or by submitting a webform at liferewards.bupa.com.au.

The Life Rewards Support team will provide an initial response to a query raised by a customer within 2 business days.
