- Click on the side menu icon
- Click on ‘My Benefits’ icon
- Click on ‘eGift Cards’
- Click on the selected eGift Card you would like to purchase.
Always remember to read the Terms and Conditions of the eGift Card prior to purchase- especially whether the eGift Card can be used online, in store or both.
- Select the value of eGift Card and click ‘Buy Now’ or ‘Add to Cart’ if you wish to purchase additional eGift cards.
- The eGift Card is added to the Shopping Cart. Now click on ‘Checkout’
- Select your payment method - you can choose between credit card payment or, you can select to use your available account balance if you have one. (If you haven’t already added a payment method to your Life Rewards profile and need some guidance, see our video ‘How to add a payment method to my Life Rewards account’)
- Click ‘Pay Now’
- Once an order has been successfully processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided- don’t forget to check your junk mailbox in case it lands there.
Please note that our delivery partners have a 72-hour window delivery for eGift Cards to be emailed to you- so please don’t worry if you don’t receive it straight away. If your eGift card is pending in your eWallet, you can periodically select the refresh icon in the top right-hand corner of your eWallet to see whether it has been delivered yet.
To redeem your eGift card instore, simply present your eGift card to the cashier. Or if you’re shopping online, enter your eGift Card details at checkout.
