Follow the steps below to earn Cashback that will be stored in your Life Rewards profile for use on future Life Rewards purchases.
It is important when shopping a Cashback offer that you do not close the browser session. If you close the browser session prior to making a purchase with the retailer, it will not be tracked and if you do complete a purchase, your Cashback will not be awarded. To reactivate the tracking prior to making a purchase, simply return to the Cashback offer page to activate the connection again.
Steps:
- Click on the side menu icon
- Click on ‘My Benefits’ icon
- Click on ‘Cashback’
- Click on the brand you wish to earn Cashback through
Always remember to check the Cashback tips and Special Terms to understand if any items or payments methods (I.e. gift cards) are not eligible for Cashback, prior to making a purchase.
- Click on 'Shop Now'
- Click 'Go to website'
You will be redirected to the partners website, where you complete your purchase through their checkout as normal.
Cashback can take up to 120 days from the original transaction to become available in your Life Rewards Member Profile.
You will receive an email once your Cashback has been added to your Available funds balance in your Life Rewards profile.
Available funds will remain in your Life Rewards Member Profile until they either expire, or at such time that a member ceases their membership.
