Any unspent available funds in your Life Rewards Member Profile at the time your Bupa Health Insurance membership is ceased will be forfeited. If you are planning to cease your Bupa Health Insurance membership, it is recommended that all available funds are spent prior to avoid losing them.
All purchased eGift cards are also delivered via email and can be used during their validity period without being logged into your Life Rewards account.
