Cashback is earned by members after purchasing through Cashback partners of Life Rewards. Your available Cashback balance is stored in the ’Available Funds’ section of your Life Rewards Profile. You can use your available funds to complete a purchase of, or partially apply them to make a split payment for eGift cards, Cinema eVouchers and items from the eShop (only available to Level 3 and above).
Simply select ‘Pay with available funds’ when selecting your payment method at the checkout. You will be able to see your available funds balance and using the slide bar, select the amount of your available funds you want to contribute to the purchase, then click ‘confirm’.
If you’re making a split payment, you can then select which Debit/Credit card you wish to use to make the balance of the payment and complete the transaction by progressing through the checkout steps.
Cashback can take up to 120 days from the original transaction to become available in your Life Rewards Member Profile. Available funds will remain in your Life Rewards Member Profile until they either expire, or at such time that a member ceases their membership. If you do not log into Life Rewards for a period of 18 months or more, any available funds accrued in your Member Profile, will expire and will no longer be available.
